What is Dillony warranty policy?

What kinds of defects does the Dillony Warranty cover?

Please note that the Dillony Warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period. This warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions
  • Leaking batteries
  • Exposure to liquids (excluding water in the case of waterproof products) or infiltration of foreign particles
  • Servicing or modification of the item someone other than Dillony, or its authorized service agents
  • Use of the item with unsuitable ink or toner
  • Use of the item with accessories, attachments, product supplies, parts or devices (including batteries, tapes/cards, lenses and flash attachments) that do not conform to specifications of the manufacture

How can extend the warranty?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer an extended warranty plan to our customers. But please come back and check here soon as we are working on this service so you can have an even smoother shopping experience.

Who should I call if my item stops working, Dillony or manufacturer?

If for any reason your item stops working and is still in the Warranty Period, please contact us at care@dillony.com or call us at +966 12 617 0721, and we would be happy to help you. Our regular business hours are 9 AM - 5 PM KSA (Saturday – Thursday).

What will be the time period you need to fix my electronic item?

We aim to inspect and repair all items within 2-8 Weeks of their arrival at our service center. However, on certain rare occasions an item can take longer. If there is a delay in servicing the item due to missing parts etc., we will communicate this information to you.

Does the warranty covers accidental damage?

Unfortunately, this warranty cover does not include accidental damage coverage.

If my item cannot be fixed anymore, what should I do?

If for some reason the item cannot be repaired, don’t worry, we will issue you a return coupon equivalent to the value of the item. This coupon will be redeemable at our website and you can use it to purchase anything you like!

Is there any shipping charge to and from the service center?

Absolutely not! Dillony always offers free shipping to and from the service center for items during the Warranty Period.

If my item stops working within the Warranty Period. How can I get it fixed?

If for any reason your electronic device stops working, just simply follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team at care@dillony.com or call us at +966 12 617 0721,to initiate the process. Please make sure to retain the original packaging and labels as you will be asked for the serial number on the box.
  • We will log your service request and get your item picked up. We won’t keep you waiting!
  • Once we receive the items, we aim to inspect and service them within 14 working days. If for some reason there is a delay in servicing the item due to missing parts etc., we will communicate this information to you.
